Terms and Conditions

1. Short synopsis of each play available FREE by Email. Go to the Form to request a script.

2. Reading scripts ordered by individuals not affiliated with a theatre or production group are available at a pre-paid cost (via SnailMail) of $7.50 PLUS postage
   • FOURTH CLASS: $1.50
   • PRIORITY MAIL: $3.00

3. ^* Reading scripts are FREE including postage to organizations listed in the DRAMATISTS GUILD RESOURCE DIRECTORY (tm). Or SnailMail requests on theatre letterhead with name and title of requestor.

4. Royalties are on sliding scale:

   Theater seating up to 99

   First performance	$50.00
   Additional 6 performances	$35.00 each
   Beyond 6 performances	$25.00 each
   A 3 performance deposit is required and credited to final payment amount $120.00

   Theater seating up to 199

   First performance	$75.00
   Additional 6 performances	$50.00 each
   Beyond 6 performances	$35.00 each
   A 3 performance deposit is required and credited to final payment amount $175.00

   Theater seating more than 199

   First performance	$negotiated
   Additional 6 performances	$negotiated
   Beyond 6 performances	$negotiated
   A 3 performance deposit is required and credited to final payment amount $negotiated

   Cabaret and Sketches $negotiated.

* DISCOUNT: There is a 10% across the board royalty discount for all theatres listed in the DRAMATISTS GUILD RESOURCE DIRECTORY (tm).
